"In view of the upcoming Working Party for Competitiveness and Growth on 9 September 2021, delegations will find in Annex to this note a second Presidency compromise text on Chapters I and II, including their respective Recitals (1-33).

Changes compared to the first redraft of the proposal (doc. 9288/1/21 REV 1) are marked in bold and underlined and highlight for the new text and in strikethrough for the deletions."
