A full-scale inquiry into the experiences of black people in
mental health services has been launched after a Channel 4
programme produced in the `Black Bag' series exposed the case
of a black man imprisoned in Broadmoor who was given
dangerously high levels of anti-psychotic drugs. 12% of the
patients imprisoned in Broadmoor are Afro-Caribbeans. (Guardian
