Abusive letters bearing swastikas and NF initials, some
containing razor blades, have been sent to people with `foreign
sounding names' in Butetown, Cardiff. Velma Abraham managed to
escape injury because she opened the letter with a pen, but at
least six other people were injured by the blades. (Voice
