Wolverhampton, with special reference to the effects of
unemployment. Considers the attitudes and life style of
young people, both in employment and unemployed, including young
Afro Caribbeans, Asians and women. Reviews the operation and
coverage of local services, such as housing, the police,
intermediate treatment and the careers service in relation to the
needs of young people and makes recommendations for the future
role of the youth service.
