Mandatory drug testing in prisons - an evaluation, Kimmet Edgar & Ian O'Donnell. Research Findings No 75 (Home Office Research and Statistics Directorate) 1998, pp4. This paper presents the results of a survey, of 148 prisoners in five jails, in response to the introduction of mandatory drug testing in March 1996.
