The first of London's specially designed police rape centres,
aimed to help ease the trauma of rape victims' interviews, will
open in March; review of `Investigating Rape' by Ian Blair; and
a statement by Helen Reeves, NAVSS Director, that police plans
to enlist volunteer help for victims are endangered by lack of
funds.
