Request for

1) All training materials including, but not limited to, presentations, reports, guides, guidelines, handouts, audio-visual materials that currently used by Frontex for training staff in accordance with Article 36(4) of Regulation 2016/1624, i.e. staff that form the pools of forced-return monitors (Article 29), forced-return escorts (Article 30) and return specialists (Article 31).

2) Any Management Board Decisions (or other documents) determining the profile and size of the "pools" referred to in Articles 29, 30 and 31 of Regulation (EU) 2016/1624; documents setting out the actual size of those pools and the names of the competent bodies from which officials are drawn to make up those pools.

3) The operational plan and list of authorised restraints (as provided for Article 6(4) of the Code of Conduct on JROs) for:

  • The JROs to Serbia on 27 April 2016 and 31 January 2017 and to Serbia and Macedonia on 18 January 2018;
  • The JROs to Pakistan on 11 May 2016; 7 June 2017; and 24 September 2018;
  • The JROs to Nigeria on 9 March 2016; 3 May 2017; and to Nigeria and Gambia on 12 December 2018.

4) All data held by the agency on national return operations (NROs) undertaken by the EBCGA, including for each flight, if available (and, if possible, in .xls, .csv or other machine-readable format):

  • The date
  • The identifying code
  • The destination
  • The organising state and the number of people returned by that state
  • The participating states and the number of people returned by each state
  • The number of escorts deployed by each state (whether OMS or PMS)
  • The number of monitors deployed per state involved
  • The number of observers deployed
  • The number of Frontex staff deployed
  • The type of return operation
  • The cost of the operation and the amount contributed by the EBCGA
