"The goal of this study is to offer an overview of the case law from the Luxembourg and Strasbourg Courts regarding fundamental rights over 2010 and 2011. This study identifies the main trends and fields of conflict and focuses on the role played by the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union after the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty. Furthermore, the study examines the nature and intensity of crossreferences between both Courts."
