EU: Draft Council Resolution on exchanging information on the expulsion of third country nationals "due to behaviour related to terrorist activity"

What started out as concerning "radical preachers" now refers to any third country national expelled. The sentence: "The transmission of information will comply with the principles of Directive 95/46/EC" has been deleted in the latest draft. It should be noted that this measure includes those expelled from an EU state who may well not have been charged with any offence.
