EU: Commission proposals for EC participation in UN Convention and Protocols on transnational crime, "smuggling" of migrants and trafficking

The European Commission has published three proposed Council Decisions plus explanatory notes for the EU's participation in the UN Convention Against Transnational Organised Crime plus the Protocols on Against the Smuggling of Migrants by Land, Sea and Air and to Prevent, Suppress and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women And Children.
