Paul Boateng, GLC Police Committee Chair, has called for a full and public
inquiry into the death of Colin Roach in Stoke Newington police station earlier
last month: also includes a report that Conservatives on the GLC are attempting
to block the ¼1,500 Police Committee grant made to the Roach Family Support
Committee.
