Eurojust: Eurojust’s plans for commencing negotiations with a view to entering into a
strategic agreement with Tunisia (Limite doc no: 11407-18, 27 July 2018, pdf).
"Delegations will find enclosed a letter from the President of Eurojust informing the Council about Eurojust’s proposal to launch formal negotiations with the intention of entering into a strategic agreement with Tunisia on 15 September 2018."
Note: Strategic agreements are limited to the exchange of general intelligence as well as strategic and technical information, whereas operational agreements allow for the exchange of information, including personal data.
