"The EU and Tunisia signed a Mobility Partnership to facilitate the movement of people, to promote joint responsible management of migration, to simplify visa procedures, and to protect refugees and asylum seekers, EU Internal Affairs Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom made known Monday."
