Statewatch provides much of its work free on its main website (www.statewatch.org). However, we offer two other websites with a wealth of research and background information for which we make a small annual charge to support our work. These are:

The Statewatch Online carries:

1) Unique, up-to-date, fully searchable Statewatch database on civil liberties in Europe carrying:

- all news stories, features and sources carried in Statewatch bulletin since 1991 - updated as each bulletin is published
- all the news stories, features, analyses, sources carried on Statewatch News Online since 2000 - updated as items go online
- plus thousands of other items: bibliographies, Acts of Parliament, EU measures
- with print friendly format, advanced search, data selection and a Features Library
- with 23,064 items at 4.11.04 and growing

2) the current Statewatch bulletin (ISSN 0961-7280) in pdf format at the same time as the hard-copy bulletin is mailed. The bulletin is the journal that is monitoring civil liberties issues in the UK and across Europe - via a network of contributors - the emergence of the European state and the effect on peoples' rights.
