Court of Justice rules against the Commission: The Court of First Instance annuls the Commission Decision refusing to disclose the names of all participants at a meeting in the context of proceedings for failure to fulfil obligations (press release, pdf) and Full-text of judgment (pdf) Today the European Court of Justice ruled that the European Commission should have identified the people who attended an anti-trust meeting.
