Statewatch evidence to the UK parliament and other EU institutions
Since 1997 Statewatch has given evidence to the UK House of Lords' Select Committee on the European Communities on a number of JHA topics. Over the years the Select Committees have published a series of excellent and questioning reports, most of which include written and verbal evidence from the UK Home Office, NGOs and academics.
