Evidence submitted to UK parliamentary committees and other institutions Bookmark and Share

Statewatch has given evidence to the UK House of Lords' Select Committee on the European Communities on a number of topics related to justice and home affairs. Over the years the Select Committees have published a series of excellent and questioning reports, most of which include written and verbal evidence from the UK Home Office, NGOs and academics. Copies of the reports are available online.

Submissions to the European Commission, the Convention on the Future of Europe and the EU Network of Independent Experts on fundamental rights are also included here.
